Owner and CEO Susan Y. Swart, EdD, MS, RN, CAE, has worked in association management since 2006 and founded SYS Consulting Solutions in 2018. She brings extensive experience in association leadership, governance, public policy, philanthropy, marketing, membership growth, and organizational management.
Susan’s professional niche is Illinois nursing regulation. She works with nursing associations, nurse leaders, and health care professionals who need to understand the laws, rules, policies, and regulatory structures that shape nursing practice in Illinois.
