As owner and CEO, Susan Y Swart EdD, MS, RN, CAE brings a career long passion for nursing. She is a certified association executive with 13 years of experience in all aspects of association management, philanthropy, and marketing.
Susan founded SYS Consulting Solutions to pursue her dream of creating an association management company that would unite her passion for the profession of nursing and her desire to provide small associations with the services that large associations have for their members. Susan is widely recognized for her expertise in nursing regulation and public policy development. She is a sought-after speaker and is known for her coalition building, innovative leadership approaches, organizational growth strategies and partnerships to advance association missions.
SYS Consulting Solutions is staffed by a team who has over 40 years of experience in the field of association management as elected officers or executive directors with associations representing healthcare.
